I did my 200 h training teacher at upasana yogashala.The welcome is friendly and respectful.The premises are clean and the room are confortable and practical ( private bathroom and hot water, and balcony) I enjoyed the meals made from fresh produits everyday on site. The teachers are professionals,i was able to deepen my practice in hatha yoga. I was able to find out asthanga yoga with Rajesh, a Real révélation!! I was able to discover anatomy , philosophy and History of yoga, and some cleaning practice. Before and After this training , i take some daily class in upasana school, with ravi, mégha and rajesh.I am delighted with their teaching, rigorous, serious and respectfull.
